Injection Molding Technician – Job Overview

Join a high‑quality, safety‑focused manufacturing team as an Injection Molding Technician. In this role, you’ll set up, operate, and troubleshoot injection molding machines and robotic equipment to keep production running smoothly. You’ll handle mold changeovers, monitor part quality, and follow clear work instructions to ensure consistent, accurate results. What You’ll Do

• Set up and run injection molding machines for efficient, high‑quality production.
• Perform mold setups and changeovers based on schedules and procedures.
• Operate and adjust auxiliary equipment and robotic systems to support molding operations.
• Follow detailed work instructions and production documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Troubleshoot molding and quality issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Verify materials and components before each production run.
• Record downtime, scrap, and production data to support improvement efforts.
• Use precision measuring tools to check part quality and machine performance.
• Report tooling or equipment concerns through established work order systems.
• Support continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Work Environment

You’ll work with molding machines, robotics, and precision tools in a clean, well‑maintained production area. Available shifts include 2nd shift (6:00 p.m.–4:30 a.m.) and 3rd shift (8:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.), Monday through Thursday. Safety policies, housekeeping standards, and organized workflows are central to daily operations.

This is a Permanent position based out of Baldwin, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $79040.00/yr.
