Plan, prepare, and serve meals in conjunction with Food Services Manager;
Manage the meal program in the absence of the Food Services Manager;
Oversee daily food pantry to include, but not limited to, maintaining current computer records of clients/activity, record and report accurate monthly statistics, assist volunteers with clients and pantry needs;
Monitor donations and other food and non-food inventory;
Be available to work nights and weekends
