The La Crosse Area Family YMCA is seeking a passionate and innovative leader to help address nutrition and food insecurity through meaningful programs, strong community partnerships, and mission-driven leadership. As the full-time Food Access Director, you will play a key role in ensuring individuals and families throughout our community have access to healthy food and resources.

Key responsibilities include providing strategic leadership for YMCA Food Access Programs, including mobile market food pantry, USDA reimbursed food programs, community outreach meal programs, building and sustaining partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders, overseeing program operations, staff leadership, budgeting, and food service activities, collaborating with YMCA community outreach teams, identifying opportunities to expand services and increase community impact.

Requirements include 2+ years of related experience, passion for addressing nutrition and food insecurity, strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, food program management experience preferred, leadership/supervisory, program development, community relations and partnership-building experience a plus.
