To be considered for this position, candidates must have RN experience in an operating room.

As a Level 2 Trauma Center, the Surgery Department is a fast‑paced unit with 18 state‑of‑the‑art operating rooms and 2 labor and delivery suites with cutting‑edge surgical equipment. We provide a wide range of surgical procedures, including robotic‑assisted and minimally invasive surgeries to populations ranging from neonates to adults. The multidisciplinary team includes RNs, surgeons, anesthesia staff, and surgical technologists. As a nurse, you will play a direct role in providing LOVE + MEDICINE for a broad range of patients in the Operating Room.

Registered Nurses in the OR circulate and may scrub for surgeries while caring for patient's one‑on‑one being their advocate and anticipating their needs during the surgery.

• Fulltime Weekend Only Position: 72 hours every two weeks (Employees will receive a WEO premium equal to .3333 times base pay for the actual hours worked during these Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts.)
• 12‑hour night shifts – Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6:15 pm – 6:45 am
• No call or off shift requirements
• Holiday rotation

• Competitive Starting Pay: $38.01/hr and up, based on experience
• Weekend incentive and night shift differential
• After successful orientation, the position will become a Weekend Only Position

• Minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing
• RN license to work in Wisconsin
• Current BLS for Health Care Providers
• Prior Surgery/Operating Room RN experience is required
