Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities

• Full-Time: 72+ hours per 2 week pay period
• Part-Time: 16+ hours per 2 week pay period

• AM: 5:00am-1:30am or 6:00am-2:30pm
• PM: 2:00pm-10:30pm
• NOC: 10:00pm-6:30am

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team of top notch healthcare professionals. This position is located our Riverside Transitional Care campus, a skilled nursing facilitythat focuses on the rehabilitation and memory care of up to 123 residents.

If you're just starting out in this industry, we look forwardto providing you an experience that trains on all aspects of the job, includingdementia specific training.

• Assist and enhance the day to day lives of our residents through compassionate care and creating a positive atmosphere
• Perform personal cares, transportation to mealsand activities, documentation of daily care, and a variety of other tasks
• Communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to create an environment that focuses on resident safety and well-being

• Certified Nursing Assistant, active on the Wisconsin CNA Registry, required.
• Experience with CNA or CBRF certification is beneficial, but not required - We will train theright fit for our team!
• No experience required, though it is beneficial!

• Part-Time Starting Rate: $20.00+ per hour, based on your experience and qualifications
• Full-Time Starting Rate: $22.00 + per hour, based on your experience and qualifications
• Plus on-call pay, and pick up incentivesavailable.
• Regular wage reviews – we pay for high performance!
