Registered Nurse (RN) - Pain ClinicFounders Building, 3rd Floor - La Crosse, WI
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8-hour day shifts between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (typically 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) | No evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call
FTE: 0.8 (64 hours per two weeks)

At the Pain Clinic, you'll join a collaborative and welcoming team where providers and nurses work closely together, communicate openly, and support one another. Build meaningful relationships with patients you see regularly while enjoying a balanced mix of direct patient care and triage responsibilities.
WhatYou'll Do
- Assist providers with ultrasound-guided injections
- Perform nurse-only visits, including pre‑op appointments and patient education
- Manage intrathecal pump refills, pain agreements, dye studies, and urine drug screens
- Handle phone triage and EPIC in‑basket management
- Use and develop a variety of specialized skills in a multidisciplinary environment, including exposure to advanced pain‑management technologies and collaboration with specialists across neurology, neurosurgery, chiropractic, injection clinic, and more
- Contribute to a team that values your input and supports opportunities to improve care processes and patient experience
- Must Have:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum)
- Active RN license in Wisconsin
- BLS certification
- Preferred:
- Minimum 1 year RN experience
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills, flexibility, and ability to multitask
- Resilience and calm demeanor
- Starting pay: $30.46/hour (plus experience credit)
