Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8-hour day shifts between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (typically 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) | No evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call
FTE: 0.8 (64 hours per two weeks)

At the Pain Clinic, you'll join a collaborative and welcoming team where providers and nurses work closely together, communicate openly, and support one another. Build meaningful relationships with patients you see regularly while enjoying a balanced mix of direct patient care and triage responsibilities.

• Assist providers with ultrasound-guided injections
• Perform nurse-only visits, including pre‑op appointments and patient education
• Manage intrathecal pump refills, pain agreements, dye studies, and urine drug screens
• Handle phone triage and EPIC in‑basket management
• Use and develop a variety of specialized skills in a multidisciplinary environment, including exposure to advanced pain‑management technologies and collaboration with specialists across neurology, neurosurgery, chiropractic, injection clinic, and more
• Contribute to a team that values your input and supports opportunities to improve care processes and patient experience

• Must Have:
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum)
  • Active RN license in Wisconsin
  • BLS certification
• Preferred:
  • Minimum 1 year RN experience
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills, flexibility, and ability to multitask
  • Resilience and calm demeanor

• Starting pay: $30.46/hour (plus experience credit)
