Employment Type- Full‑Time: 72+ hours per 2‑week pay period
- Part‑Time: 16+ hours per 2‑week pay period
Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays. These positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off!
- AM: 5:00 am‑1:30 pm or 6:00 am‑2:30 pm
- PM: 2:00 pm‑10:30 pm
- NOC: 10:00 pm‑6:30 am
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team of top‑notch healthcare professionals. This position is located at our Riverside Transitional Care campus, a skilled nursing facility that focuses on the rehabilitation and memory care of up to 123 residents.
We welcome candidates just starting out; we provide comprehensive training, including dementia‑specific training.
What You’ll Do- Assist and enhance the day‑to‑day lives of our residents through compassionate care and by creating a positive atmosphere.
- Perform personal cares, transportation to meals and activities, documentation of daily care, and a variety of other tasks.
- Communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to create an environment that focuses on resident safety and well‑being.
- Certified Nursing Assistant credential, active on the Wisconsin CNA Registry, required.
- Experience with CNA or CBRF certification is beneficial, but not required – we will train the right fit for our team!
- No prior experience required, though it is beneficial.
- Part‑Time Starting Rate: $20.00+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Full‑Time Starting Rate: $22.00+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Shift differentials: PM $1.65/hr, NOC $3.00/hr, Weekend difference $2.00/hr.
- Plus on‑call pay and pick‑up incentives available.
- Regular wage reviews – we pay for high performance!

- 80‑hour position.
