Job Summary

Love + Medicine is who we are, it's what we do. Emplify Health by Gundersen is looking for a part‑time RN to join our Emergency Services team. Scheduled weekly hours: 30. This role provides direct patient care to our 68,000 annual patients of all ages.

• Provide direct patient care for a broad range of patient acuities as part of a multidisciplinary team including Providers, RNs, Paramedics, EMTs, Respiratory Therapists, Health Unit Coordinators, and Social Workers.
• Participate in a 45‑room emergency department that includes urgent care, resuscitation/trauma/critical care, and behavioral health rooms.
• Assist in 24‑hour laboratory, X‑ray, and surgical services, and support our Stroke Center and Chest Pain Center capabilities.
• Support nursing goals, quality improvement efforts, and shared governance initiatives.

• Associate’s degree in Nursing.
• Active Wisconsin or multi‑state RN license upon start.
• Current Infant‑Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Prior acute RN experience preferred.

• Starting pay of $38.01 per hour, plus shift, weekend, and holiday differentials.
