Job Summary

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well‑respected cardiology outpatient practice in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The role is clinic‑oriented with opportunities for hybrid hospital care as needed.

• Manage patients with acute and chronic cardiology disorders, including heart failure, ischemic heart disease, valvular heart disease, and arrhythmias.
• Provide expert clinical knowledge when consulted and refer patients to other hospital specialty services when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with cardiologists and support staff within the clinic environment.
• Provide outreach service as part of the system’s service model.
• Teach students, residents, fellows, or clinical staff as an expectation of all clinicians.

• Completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Eligible to obtain a license to practice in the multi‑state region with no restrictions or limitations.
• Will work under the direct supervision of a physician.
• Experience in cardiology is highly desirable.
