Operating Room Registered Nurse
At Emplify Health, a Level 2 Trauma Center, the Operating Room is a fast-paced unit with 18 state-of-the-art operating rooms and 2 labor and delivery suites. As a registered nurse you will circulate and may scrub for surgeries while caring for patient-one-on-one and advocating for patients during the procedure.
Schedule• 72 hours every two weeks (0.9
FTE) 12-hour day shifts (6:15am-6:45pm) with occasional night or weekend shifts as needed. 2-3 call rotations per cycle may be required; call response time 60 minutes or less.
• Orientation: 9-hour shifts (6:15am-3:45pm).
• 1-2 holidays per year.
- Maintain safety and quality while assisting in robotic-assisted and minimally invasive surgical procedures for patients ranging from neonates to adults.
- Assist the surgical team, provide patient advocacy, and anticipate patient needs during surgery.
- Support perioperative nursing staff and participate in shift hand-offs and emergency response calls.
- Starting salary $38.96/hr plus generous shift, weekend, and holiday differentials.

- Associate degree in nursing or higher.
- Active RN license valid in Wisconsin.
- Current BLS certification for health care providers.
- Prior registered-nurse experience strongly preferred.
