Position: Vice President of Success - Clinical - Full-Time

Vice President of Success (RN)

North Shore Health, one of the largest post‑acute providers in the Upper Midwest, seeks a Vice President of Success (RN) to lead clinical excellence across 70 skilled nursing and assisted living centers.

Position Summary

Responsible for providing strategic clinical leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving quality initiatives across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic guidance to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes.
  • Regulatory compliance, nursing best practices, and quality initiatives.
  • Mentorship and coaching of clinical teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with executive, operations, and support teams to enhance resident care and operational success.
  • Conduct center visits, assess staff performance, identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation decisions.
  • Monitor audit and compliance with internal standards and regulations, develop corrective action plans.
  • Lead functional work groups for process improvement and best‑practice sharing.
  • Manage escalated concerns and ensure alignment with HIPAA and resident rights.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain).
  • 5+ years clinical leadership experience in long‑term care (DON, Regional, or higher).
  • Deep knowledge of CMS regulations, survey process, and risk mitigation.
  • Leadership advocacy: polished, communicative, inspiring.
  • Comfort with multi‑site travel, including overnight stays.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PCC systems.
