Nurse – LPN or RN

Employment Type:

Full‑Time (68–80 hours per 2‑week pay period), Part‑Time (24+ hours per 2‑week pay period), or Casual Call (build your own schedule).

These positions enjoy every other holiday off.

• Supervise Resident Care Assistants in medication distribution and documentation, monitor side effects, and ensure accurate treatment records.
• Ensure residents receive appropriate care, maintain health and safety, and uphold their rights.
• Provide staff training and competency assurance; perform physical and behavioral assessments; develop and maintain Individual Service Plans in compliance with DHS 83 & DHS 89, program statements, and policy procedures.

• Current Wisconsin license to practice as either an RN or LPN.
• Experience in assisted living, long‑term care, or community health is beneficial but not required.
• Demonstrated interest in gerontological nursing, including rehabilitative and restorative practices, diabetic care, memory care, and end‑of‑life care.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record for certain positions.

• Licensed Practical Nurses: $31.00+ per hour (based on experience).
• Registered Nurses: $39.50+ per hour (based on experience).
• Pay addenda:
  New PM, NOC, and New Weekend Differentials apply.
• Wage review after 6 months; performance‑based increases.
