8‑hour shifts 7:00AM–5:00PM. No weekends, holidays, or call obligation.

Schedule:

Full‑Time (80 hours per two weeks; 1.0 FTE).

Join our highly specialized Cardiac Device & Electrophysiology (EP) teams providing advanced cardiac care in a collaborative, high‑performing environment. This role blends procedural coordination, patient education, and clinical nursing responsibilities with a mix of phone‑based and in‑person care.

• Perform phone triage and patient education; complete medication refills.
• Manage EPIC in‑basket and MyChart messages.
• Assist with procedure coordination and in‑office procedures.
• Manage cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIED) and their care.

• Associate degree in Nursing and RN licensure to practice in Wisconsin upon hire.
• Current Infant‑Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers.
• ACLS required after hire.
• Strong background in cardiology, desire for continuous learning, passion for heart rhythms and electrophysiology.
• Experience with EPIC.
