Positions available at 0.8 FTE (64 hours per pay period). 8‑hour day shifts between 7:30AM‑5:00PM. No weekends, holidays, or on‑call requirements. Primary location:
Main Clinic in LaCrosse with potential hours at Onalaska Clinic.

• Perform ambulatory cardiology nursing functions including phone triage and patient education (including cardiac procedures).
• Manage medication refills and optimization visits.
• Respond to Epic In‑Basket and MyChart patient messages.
• Coordinate cardiac procedures.
• Support and manage patients in the Congestive Heart Failure Clinic, caring for a panel of heart‑failure patients.
• Conduct nurse‑led visits focused on medication optimization and assessment.
• Build long‑term, impactful relationships with patients.
• Collaborate with Community Paramedics, Bellin Health, and inpatient teams to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum requirement).
• Active RN license to work in Wisconsin.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience (Cardiology and/or ambulatory experience preferred; General Medical experience).
