Eagle Crest South I, La Crosse, WI – High Acuity Assisted Living Resident Care Assistant (Full‑Time and Part‑Time)

Full‑time: 68+ hours per 2‑week pay period, Monday‑Friday with on‑call weekend every 7th weekend.

Part‑time: 16+ hours per 2‑week pay period.

Available shifts include AM (6:00‑10:00, 7:00‑14:00, 6:45‑15:15), PM (17:00‑22:00, 18:00‑22:00, 15:00‑23:15), and NOC (23:00‑07:00). Positions offer alternate weekends and holidays off.

• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities while supporting independence and dignity.
• Provide dressing, bathing, and bathroom assistance.
• Transport residents to meals and activities; document daily care and related tasks.
• Communicate and collaborate with residents, families, and other departments to promote safety and well‑being.

• Previous direct care experience preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training or experience (any state) preferred.
• CBRF certification preferred.

• Hourly rate: $19.75 – $24.15 based on experience and qualifications.
• Shift differentials: $3.00 for NOC, $1.25 for PM, $2.00 for weekend shifts.
• Incentive pay and performance reviews at 3‑6 months and annually.
