Full‑Time and Part‑Time Opportunities

Part‑Time: 13–48+ hours per 2‑week pay period. Casual Call:
Build your own part‑time schedule – 3 shifts a month; 1 weekend per month. Available shifts: days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays. These positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off! Limited full‑time openings. Example schedules: 6:45 am–2:15 pm; 7:30 am–2:30 pm; 2:00 pm–9:00 pm; 3:45 pm–11:15 pm; NOC: 11:00 pm–7:00 am.

• Assist residents with personal cares and daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible.
• Other responsibilities could include medication management, light housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks.
• Provide dressing, bathing and bathroom assistance.
• Transport residents to meals and activities, documentation of daily care, etc.
• Communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to create an environment that focuses on resident safety and well‑being.

• Previous direct care experience, preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any state), preferred.
• CBRF certification, preferred.

• Starting rate of $19.25 to $22.25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Increases upon orientation completion.
• Additional $1.25/hr PM, $3.00/hr NOC, plus weekend shift differential as well as on‑call and pick‑up incentives.
• Regular wage reviews – pay for high performance!

• Previous direct care experience.
• Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience.
• CBRF certification(s).
