Resident Care Assistant

Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities

Full-Time: 64-80 hours per 2 week pay period.

Full-Time with 12‑hour shifts.

Part‑Time: 16+ hours per 2 week pay period.

Casual Call:
Build your own schedule – 3 shifts a month; 2 on the weekend, plus on‑call rotation.

Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays. These positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off!

Shift Options:

• Limited Full‑Time AM openings: 7:00 am‑11:00 am, 6:45 am‑12:45 pm, 6:45 am‑3:15 pm, 7:00 am‑1:00 pm, 7:00 am‑2:00 pm.
• PM: 1:00 pm‑8:30 pm, 3:00 pm‑11:15 pm, 4:30‑8:30 pm, 5:00 pm‑10:00 pm, 6:00 pm‑10:00 pm.
• No‑Call (NOC): 11:00 pm‑7:00 am, 11:00 pm‑10:30 am.

We are seeking a Resident Care Assistant to support residents in assisted living, high‑acuity, or memory‑care apartments. High‑acuity apartments accommodate residents who need more care than typical assisted living but do not require skilled nursing. Memory‑care units support residents with memory impairment. Residents range from independent to those requiring assistance with mobility, medication, and activities of daily living.

• Assist residents with personal cares and daily activities, helping them maintain independence and dignity.
• Provide dressing, bathing, and bathroom assistance.
• Transport residents to meals and activities and document daily care and other tasks.
• Communicate and interact with residents, families, and colleagues to focus on resident safety and well‑being.

• Previous direct care experience (preferred).
• Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any state) (preferred).
• CBRF Certification (preferred).

• Starting wages: $18.00‑$20.00 per hour for Assisted Living, $19.00‑$23.00 for High‑Acuity Assisted Living or Memory Care, based on experience and qualifications.
• Shift differentials: $3.00 for NOC, $1.25 for PM, $2.00 for weekend shifts.
• Incentive pay may apply.
• Performance reviews: 3‑6 months after starting and at least annually.
• Certifications are not required; we will train the right fit.

• Certified Nursing Assistant training (in any state).
• Experience as CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health.
• CBRF Certification(s).
• Full‑time position preference.
