Job Description:
Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a compassionate and driven Registered Nurse to join our Cardiology Clinic team, with opportunities to support our specialized Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) Clinic. This is a unique opportunity to build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients while working in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment.
As a Cardiology Clinic RN, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients throughout their cardiac care journey, including those with chronic heart failure.
Schedule & Location- Positions available at 0.9 FTE (72 hours per pay period)
- 8‑hour day shifts between 7:30 AM‑5:00 PM
- No weekends, holidays, or on‑call requirements
- Primary location:
Main Clinic in La Crosse with potential hours at Onalaska Clinic
- Perform a wide range of ambulatory cardiology nursing functions, including:
- Phone triage and patient education (including cardiac procedures)
- Medication refills and optimization visits
- Managing Epic In‑Basket and MyChart patient messages
- Coordinating cardiac procedures
- Support and manage patients in the Congestive Heart Failure Clinic, including:
- Caring for a panel of heart‑failure patients
- Conducting nurse‑led visits focused on medication optimization and assessment
- Building long‑term, impactful relationships with patients
- Collaborate with Community Paramedics, Bellin Health, and inpatient teams to coordinate comprehensive care
- Opportunity to cross‑train in cardiology subspecialties and work with emerging cardiac treatments and technologies
- Starting pay: $31.98 /hour, with additional compensation based on experience

- Active RN license to work in Wisconsin
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience (Cardiology and/or ambulatory experience preferred, General Medical experience)
