Salary Range: $17.50 per hour during training; upon completion your wage will increase to $20.00 per hour.

Bethany St. Joseph Corporation is offering a CNA in Training program that will pay for the cost of the CNA course and the skills and knowledge exams. • Assist with resident care as a Resident Care Assistant / CNA in Training while completing the CNA training course.
• Orient to the facility and begin training on some of the tasks you will perform as a CNA, assisting CNAs and nurses in tasks that can be performed without certification.
• After program completion, perform personal care, transportation to meals and activities, documentation of daily care, and a range of other CNA tasks.
