Schedule:

Full-time, 72 hours per two weeks (0.9 FTE) Shift: 8-hour day shifts, Monday-Friday, between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm with rotating days off No weekends, holidays, or on-call obligations!

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Procedural Sedation and Vascular Surgery Clinic teams in a unique hybrid role. • Provide hands-on nursing care in both Procedural Sedation and Vascular Surgery Clinic settings
• Assist with procedural sedation and in-office vascular procedures
• Care for patients pre-op, intra-op, and post-op, including education and coordination of pre-procedure calls
• Perform telephone triage, patient education, and coordinate patient care
• Hands-on skills include:
  • Administering sedation medications
  • Starting and maintaining vascular access
  • Point-of-care INR and glucose testing
  • Wound vacs and dressing changes
• Collaborate with surgery and vascular clinicians in newly renovated spaces on the 3rd floor of the Heritage building.

• Starting pay: $31.98/hour (plus more for experience)

• Plenty of hands-on patient interaction-90% of your time is spent in-person with patients!

• Minimum of Associate Degree in Nursing, RN licensure in Wisconsin upon hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
• ACLS and Procedural Sedation training required after hire
• Preferred:
  Previous sedation or procedural experience
• 1+ year of RN experience (new graduate nurses are not eligible)
