Gundersen Health System is seeking a CNA for our Orthopedic Unit.

• 0.2 FTE, 16 hours bi-weekly
• Work 8-hour Day/PM shifts (6:30am - 3:00pm and 2:30pm - 11:00pm) and 4 hour PM shifts (2:30pm-7:00pm; 6:30pm - 11:00pm)
• Work every other weekend and three holidays a year

• Starting pay of $18.64 hour + more for experience!
• Shift, weekend, and holiday differentials
• PMs: $.75, Nights: $1.75, Weekends: $1.5040-hour flex overtime computation

• Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs;
  American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire
