Looking For:
Licensure or Certifications
  • MA:
    Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) needs to be obtained within

    Advanced training beyond High School that includes the completion of an accredited or approved program in Practical Nursing

As a
Medical Assistant/LPN
,you’llplay a vital roleinthe care team – supporting providers, connecting with patients, and helping ensure a seamless, compassionate experience every day.

As a key member of the ambulatory care team, you will:

  • Welcome patients and support their transition into care.
  • Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and health screenings.
  • Prepare patients for exams andassistproviders during procedures.
  • Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
  • Perform lab-related tasks including specimen collection and point-of-care testing.
  • Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
  • Partner with physicians, nurses, and teammates to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.

Pay Structure: For Medical Assistants the pay starts between $22-23/hr for LPN the pay starts between $/hr. Pay is determined by experience and qualifications of the position. Leaders may be willing to offer more with prior direct experience in the role.

Aurora Rheumatology – Franklin, WI (4225 W Oakwood Park Ct, Franklin, WI 53132) is a specialty clinic focused on the diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of arthritis, autoimmune diseases, inflammatory conditions, and other disorders affecting the joints, muscles, bones, and connective tissues. The clinic provides comprehensive rheumatology care, including evaluation of conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, psoriatic arthritis, gout, vasculitis, osteoporosis, and other immune-related disorders.

Patients are cared for by rheumatologists and advanced practice providers who work closely with primary care physicians and other specialists to develop individualized treatment plans.
