Job Description:
Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred. Current BLS certification required. Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, wound care, and documentation skills. Experience with admissions, care planning, and geriatric patient care preferred. Ability to work 5x8-hour evening shifts. Excellent communication, leadership, and interdisciplinary teamwork skills.
