About This Role

The Onsite Nurse Care Coordinator serves as a healthcare advocate for Kwik Trip employees and their dependents, helping them navigate the healthcare system and access quality care. This role is ideal for a compassionate and proactive nurse with strong relationship-building skills.

• Pay: $38 - $64/hour
• Location: LaCrosse, WI

• Schedule: Full-time

• Serve as an onsite clinical resource and healthcare advocate for Kwik Trip employees and dependents.
• Support members with complex, chronic, high‑risk, or emerging healthcare needs.
• Guide members through benefit questions, healthcare navigation, provider selection, and treatment options.
• Identify and address barriers to care and gaps in treatment.
• Promote awareness and participation in targeted healthcare and wellness programs.
• Educate members on program benefits and available resources.
• Track outreach efforts, referrals, program participation, and member engagement outcomes.
• Partner with Allegiance Care Management nurses and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of member interactions and care coordination activities.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements.

• Education: Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Experience: Minimum three years of nursing experience in care management, case management, or related healthcare setting required.
