Gundersen Health System has Registered Nurse positions available for our 28-bed Cardiopulmonary Unit.

What you will do:

0.8 FTE – 64 hours every two week8 hours shifts, rotating days (6:30am-3:00pm) and PM’s (2:30pm-11:00pm)
Every other weekend and holiday

Care for a patient population including post MI, post-open heart surgery, post thoracotomy, pacemakers, pre and post angiography, post cardiothoracic surgery, COPD, congestive heart failure and pulmonary conditions RN’s emphasize rehabilitation, education and lifestyle modifications for patients

Professional Development Opportunities/Career Development Center Departmental leadership support, including Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisors, Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL), Professional Development Nurse, and Quality Improvement Specialist Nurse Our department of nursing is visionary and innovative with such things as our recent implementation of virtual nursing with in our medical surgical units

What you will need:

Minimum of an Associate Degree in NursingRN license to work in Wisconsin Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care ProvidersBLS for health care providers
