Acute Care RN: Rehab-focused Patient Healing Advocate

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Fitchburg seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to supervise care, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans that support each patient’s rehabilitation goals. You will build meaningful relationships with patients and families, collaborate across departments, and provide direct patient care when needed.

Preferred candidates hold an RN license, CPR certification, ACLS (preferred), and CRRN (preferred), with about a year of rehab hospital
