Food Service - Server / Food Service Associate

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Server to join our top-notch culinary team at our Cass Street location, serving 46 residents.

• Serve attractive meals that nourish the body and lift the spirit, ensuring residents' dietary needs are met while making mealtimes one highlight of their day.
• Duties include serving resident’s meals, bussing dishes, kitchen and dining cleaning duties, restocking and setting as well as other kitchen responsibilities.
• Evening servers may also vacuum, dust, and clean common areas.

• Ability to multitask is a must.
• Comfortability working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with seniors or in long-term care community, preferred.
• Valid driver license beneficial to assist with meal transport; approved drivers must be 18+ have and maintain a valid license and safe driving record.

• Starting wage is between $15.50 and $18.00, based on qualifications, hours, and experience.
• We’ll review your wages 100 days — we pay more for high performance!
