At Kwik Trip, Inc., we maintain around 900 retail store locations across our network. Our Store Engineering Service Desk team is dedicated to ensuring top-notch maintenance and support for all our stores and service technicians.

As a Retail Service Dispatch Coordinator 2, you will play a crucial role in our Service Desk, supporting Retail Facilities Managers in managing case work across designated zones. You'll handle everything from reactive and preventative maintenance to dispatching work orders and coordinating with our service technician team and external vendors.

• Keep store-specific information updated on Service Now as the primary work software.
• Handle inbound calls and correspondence with service vendors and technicians.
• Process and manage work orders using Maximo software.
• Assist vendors, stores, and technicians in using Service Channel effectively.
• Maintain Preventive Maintenance plans and service routes.
• Evaluate vendor estimates and proposals with a keen business sense.
• Collaborate across departments to execute large-scale projects.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

This position offers daytime hours with flexibility. Occasional nights and weekends may be required to support our operational needs.
