In-Store Merchandiser: Displays & Shelves Specialist

Job Description

Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser role involves stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and ensuring visibility of Mondelēz products in retail stores.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years of age and possess a valid REAL r’s license, U.S. passport, or federal .
• Positive and professional attitude; self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs, and moving products between stock rooms and store floor.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of primary location:
  La Crosse, WI; or secondary location:
  Onalaska, WI.
• Schedule availability on Sunday and Friday; start time 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM.

• Hourly rate ranges from $15.57 to $18.00 based on experience.
