Responsibilities
- Prioritize work to achieve or exceed stated collection metrics.
- Use collection software tools to execute strategies that improve receivable delinquency and reduce DSO.
- Provide timely and accurate responses and resolution to customer inquiries, including billing errors, payment application errors, disputes, program changes, new sale requests, and opportunities.
- Handle incoming calls from sales offices and customers on various items, providing phone support.
- Maintain open communication and relationships with manager and teammates to achieve business unit goals.
- High School Diploma required.
- BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or a related business degree is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- PC literacy required.
- Professional business image and a team‑player attitude.
- Strong customer service and general office experience.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Teamwork and strong customer service focus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Annual Base Salary Range: $40,501.66 - $56,349.99
