Collections Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prioritize work to achieve or exceed stated collection metrics.
• Use collection software tools to execute strategies that improve receivable delinquency and reduce DSO.
• Provide timely and accurate responses and resolution to customer inquiries, including billing errors, payment application errors, disputes, program changes, new sale requests, and opportunities.
• Handle incoming calls from sales offices and customers on various items, providing phone support.
• Maintain open communication and relationships with manager and teammates to achieve business unit goals.

• High School Diploma required.
• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or a related business degree is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• PC literacy required.
• Professional business image and a team‑player attitude.
• Strong customer service and general office experience.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Teamwork and strong customer service focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Annual Base Salary Range: $40,501.66 - $56,349.99
