Apparel Team Supervisor

Job Overview

Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and maintain clothing racks, tables, and displays in proper order throughout the day.

Hourly wage: $20 – $33 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
