Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Circle K located at 3232 N. Hunt Hwy, Florence, Arizona 85132. This role involves greeting customers, operating the register, providing product suggestions, handling our food program, and maintaining store appearance.

• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Operate the register and handle cash transactions.
• Offer product and store purchase suggestions.
• Work with the food program as needed.
• Assist in maintaining store appearance inside and out.
• Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Participate in daily tasks and support team goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or customer‑service experience preferred (sales associate or cashiering).
• Strong communication skills and friendly conversation.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while having fun.
• Team player; ability to accomplish daily goals.
• Motivation to advance in career and willingness to learn.

• Ability to stand and/or walk up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift; occasionally up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach and manipulate objects; may require ladder use for storage and retrieval.
