- Base pay plus bonus opportunities!
- Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm,

- Responsible for adherence to company policies including safety and the use of personal protective equipment to ensure a secure environment for everyone.
- Provides excellent customer service to both internal and external partners, fostering understanding and long‑term relationships.
- Ensures all required paperwork is accurately completed, including coding, costing, and pricing.
- Partners with customers to identify the best tools and procedures for their specific tasks; demonstrates equipment use to build customer confidence.
- Manages order entry and processes transactions
; assists the team with the reconciliation of deposits. - Coordinates via phone, e‑mail, and in person with customers and team members to provide helpful information on costs and delivery.
- Contributes to an outgoing call strategy to support the continued growth and success of the branch.
- Coordinates the transfer of merchandise between locations to meet customer needs.
- Maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a supportive manner with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
- Stocks shelves and maintains welcoming showroom displays to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Coordinate cylinder movement and pallet organization
- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-5 years of experience in product, warehouse, or sales environments (we also value an equivalent combination of education and unique life experience).
- Regular attendance and punctuality are strict requirements for this role.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced setting.
- Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus.
- Attention to detail in handling transactions.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and move up to 150 pounds with the aid of material handling equipment.
- Availability for occasional overtime when the team needs extra support.
Must be able to operate in a drug‑free workplace.
- A background in gas, welding, or safety supplies is a wonderful asset.
- Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Google, or MS Office Applications and SAP is a plus.
- The ability to communicate clearly and warmly with a wide variety of people from different backgrounds.
