• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage correspondence.
• Enter data into CRM system and other relevant software.
• Prepare reports and other sales materials.
• Research and analyze potential customers and markets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with account managers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office.
