Sales Representative

Nic Nac is changing the game when it comes to nicotine. We’re a fast-growing company offering honest, discreet nicotine lozenges made with premium ingredients — no smoke, no mess, just honest nicotine without the BS. We’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to help expand our retail footprint in the Wisconsin market, grow relationships, and provide excellent service.

• Pitch and sell Nic Nac to retailers, distributors, and event partners
• Build relationships with accounts through in-person visits, calls, and emails
• Represent Nic Nac at events, demos, and trade shows
• Track leads, deals, and feedback to help refine our sales strategy
• Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to support growth

• Strong communication and people skills — you’re outgoing and persuasive
• Proven sales experience (CPG or nicotine industry a plus)
• Self-motivated and organized — you like chasing leads and closing deals
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours for events or account visits
• Passion for wellness, performance, or alternative nicotine products is a bonus
• A car is necessary.
