A day in the life Start with a reviewed schedule and stocked vehicle. Head to your first call, greet the homeowner, listen closely, and investigate the problem. You’ll identify the root cause, explain options with transparent estimates, complete the repair or installation to code, and leave the space cleaner than you found it. Throughout the day, you’ll coordinate with teammates, document work, and ensure tools and equipment are maintained.

Core responsibilities

Troubleshoot and correct residential plumbing problems while delivering courteous, top-tier service.

Install, service, and repair piping, fixtures, and household plumbing appliances.

Respond quickly to service requests and produce accurate estimates for both repairs and new installations.

Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to homeowners to guide informed decisions.

Follow all local plumbing codes and safety standards on every task.

Keep a tidy worksite; organize, store, and care for tools and equipment.

Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, positive culture.

What you bring

Active Wisconsin plumbing license.

Demonstrated residential plumbing experience and strong diagnostic capabilities.

Sharp problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset.

Self-directed with strong time management abilities.

Physical capability to lift heavy materials and work in tight spaces.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
