Carpenter Position
As a carpenter, you will work under the direct supervision of site superintendents and be regularly monitored by ownership. Your primary duties will include constructing, erecting, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures of wood, metal, plywood, and wallboard using hand and power tools. You will be involved in both interior and exterior work for commercial, industrial, institutional, and agricultural buildings. Please note that you will not operate any equipment or drive vehicles and will not handle money.
All job sites are uninhabited structures.
Responsibilities
- Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures using carpenter's hand and power tools.
- Work on interiors and exteriors of commercial, industrial, institutional, and agricultural buildings.
- Ensure all work meets building codes and standard methods.
- Read and understand technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
- Install materials, equipment, and products to meet specifications.
- Perform quality control checks to evaluate the quality and performance of work.

This is a permanent position based out of La Crosse, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $35.00/hr.
