• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every application
• Communicate with management after installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience
• Knowledge of residential baths, windows, or kitchens
• Established LLC or business
• Workers’ comp and liability insurance
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills, able to communicate clearly with homeowners and team members
