Job Title
The position requires working under the direct supervision of site superintendents and regular monitoring by ownership. The role entails constructing, erecting, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, metal, plywood, and wallboard, using hand and power tools. Work involves both interior and exterior tasks in commercial, industrial, institutional, and agricultural buildings. Employees will not operate any equipment or drive vehicles and will not handle money.
All jobsites are uninhabited structures.
Responsibilities
- Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures using carpenter's hand and power tools.
- Work on interiors and exteriors of commercial, industrial, institutional, and agricultural buildings.
- Ensure all work meets building codes and standard methods.
- Read and understand technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
- Install materials, equipment, and products to meet specifications.
- Perform quality control checks to evaluate the quality and performance of work.

This is a permanent position based out of La Crosse, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $35.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
