Mechanic

Croell, Inc. is hiring a Mechanic to perform a full range of repair and modification work on heavy equipment vehicles, including light‑ and heavy‑duty trucks, Redi‑Mix trucks, backhoes, loaders, and miscellaneous equipment.

Compensation: $30–$34 per hour (based on experience and qualifications). Position is full‑time with overtime.

Employment:
Reports to the Territory Manager. This role requires overtime during peak season and has no supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and modifications on heavy equipment vehicles, including light‑ and heavy‑duty trucks, Redi‑Mix trucks, backhoes, loaders, and miscellaneous equipment.
• Repair tires, wheels, wheel bearings, idler wheels, idler bearings, and oil seals.
• Replace suspension arms, torsion bars, stabilizer bars, and other components.
• Repair hydraulic and air brake systems.
• Assess and diagnose mechanical issues to determine the nature and extent of needed repairs.
