CDL Laborers for Restoration Team
Primoris Gas Operations, which consist of companies such as Q3 Contracting, ARB, Primoris Distribution Services, Snelson and Pipe jacking Trenchless, has over 60 years of experience working in the natural gas distribution industry. Q3C is looking for CDL laborers to join our Restoration Team in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
Asphalt and LandscapeAsphalt and Landscape laborers perform manual labor as directed for safe and efficient support of our restoration department. They perform manual labor with respect to concrete patch work, sod restoration, blacktop, asphalt and any other duties assigned by foreman with respect to restoration.
ConcreteConcrete laborers will perform many different tasks that may require the use of many hand and power tools. Concrete laborers may clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support work, clean up rubble/debris, and tear out concrete. They may assist in building and positioning forms for pouring concrete and dismantle forms after use. They will grade dirt/concrete and clean construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
They will assist to align, straighten, plumb, and square forms. Concrete laborers will build curb, prepare, form, and pour proper ADA compliant ramps that pass inspection prior to pour and after completion.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Must be dependable, and able to perform physically demanding work in the elements
- Ability to restore a project back to the same or better condition
- Be respectful of fellow workers, clients, and client's customers
- Prior construction knowledge helpful, but not required
- Understands safety zones while working around equipment i.e., backhoes, bore rigs, air compressors etc.
- Close vision is required for some functions and distance, and peripheral vision is required for safety
- Possession of a Commercial Drivers License (CDL)
- Willingness to travel
- Able to work overtime as dictated by workload volumes
- Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds on a daily and continual basis
- Standing, walking including and primarily on uneven surfaces, turning, stooping, kneeling, crouching, speaking and hearing are required continuously
- Employees will be subjected to outside weather conditions
- Employees could be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, cold, and heat
- The noise level in the work environment can often be loud
- The employee is frequently exposed to slow- or fast-moving traffic in the work environment

Compensation: $32.81/hour
