Brightspeed is looking for a Customer Service Technician to join our team in La Crosse. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot high‑speed internet, video and voice services and support outside plant facilities.
This role may involve varying shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to work outdoors in all weather, a valid driver’s license, basic MS Office skills, and willingness to complete boot camp training for POTS/DSL
