Job Description

Step into a rewarding role where you will make a meaningful impact supporting a diverse student body with speech and language services throughout the academic year. This full-time contract opportunity blends hands-on therapy, collaboration with educational teams, and a varied caseload, providing dynamic professional growth in an engaging environment.

Your primary focus will be providing expert speech and language support for approximately 38-40 students, ranging from elementary through high school. Each day will bring fresh challenges and the chance to tailor interventions across various age groups, ensuring students achieve their fullest communication potential.

Key

Qualifications:

  • Valid CCC-SLP credentials and eligibility for Wisconsin state licensure
  • Demonstrated experience in school-based speech-language pathology settings
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, service planning, and direct intervention
  • Ability to effectively engage with students across multiple age groups
  • Competence in maintaining timely documentation and adhering to school policies
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff

Your

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop individualized education plan (IEP) goals
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions onsite, adapting to student needs across elementary, middle, and high schools
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, providing input on classroom strategies and student progress
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Communicate regularly with families to support and extend therapy progress

This is a full-time, onsite contract position for the  school year, offering stability and the chance to see student growth from start to finish.
