The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Case Manager I to provide on-site shelter case management, identifying client needs and coordinating services.
Responsibilities include conducting interviews, developing service plans, assisting with housing, referring to resources, documenting in HMIS, and reviewing cases. Bachelor’s in social work preferred; two years casework experience or equivalent; SOAR experience preferred. Equal opportunity employer.
