Job Summary

Trane Technologies Internship Program provides current college students with challenging assignments, leadership training, valuable exposure to our company’s leaders and opportunities to network. This internship opportunity offers candidates working toward their Bachelor’s in Software Development or Computer Science exposure to a variety of assignments which could include Prototype new technology processes, Develop application enhancements, Analyze technology efficiency, Research new solutions, Operate with object‑oriented and Web application languages, and Data analysis.

• Prototype new technology processes.

• Conduct data analysis.

• Currently enrolled in a BS/BA in Software Development or Computer Science.
• Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.
• Junior year status or completed relevant entry‑level courses.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for computer science (personal projects, related school clubs/teams, tutoring programs, relevant hobbies).
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to work full‑time during the summer (no more than 40 hours per week) and part‑time during the school year (no more than 20 hours per week).
• Performance‑driven, innovative leaders who value collaboration and customer focus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills; ability to communicate when challenges arise.
• Self‑motivated, capable of prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient completion.

Hourly base pay range: $19.33–$22.98.
