With locations in Milwaukee, Madison, Fond du Lac, and surrounding markets, our belief that "better service means better value" wins us business and builds long-lasting customer relationships. Our team members enjoy a fun and positive work environment, excellent benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

The Role

We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and motivated individual to join our warehouse and delivery department. This is a versatile role that combines logistics, hands-on warehouse work, and high-level customer service.

Beyond standard delivery and warehouse duties, this position offers the opportunity to expand your skill set through specialized training on the technical servicing of select equipment, making you a true expert in the field for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery & Driving:
Safely operate a dual-wheel pickup and a 26' non-CDL box truck for local deliveries.

  • Specialized Handling:
Complete occasional urgent deliveries to residential and commercial sites, using specialized equipment to assist with water heaters weighing up to 900 lbs.

  • Technical Service:
Learn to provide technical servicing on specific equipment (training provided).

  • Warehouse Operations:
Handle receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping duties using handheld scanners and forklifts.

  • Customer Service:
Act as a professional brand ambassador during all customer interactions.

Qualifications
  • License:
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

  • Technical Aptitude: A desire to learn the mechanical and technical aspects of our equipment.

  • Experience:

Experience with handheld scanners and forklifts is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

  • Physical Capability:
Ability to handle heavy inventory with the assistance of specialized tools.

  • Professionalism: A commitment to being a positive, friendly representation of Rundle-Spence.

Benefits

We take care of our team. This full-time position includes a comprehensive benefits package:

  • Financial: 401(k) with company matching and Profit Sharing.

  • Health:
Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, plus a Health Savings Account (HSA).

  • Protection:
Life Insurance, Long-term, and Short-term Disability.

  • Work-Life Balance:
Paid Time Off (PTO) and a Monday–Friday schedule

  • Perks:
