Sanitation Technician​/DZ​/AZ Driver

Phil’s Waste Services Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Sanitation Technician/DZ/AZ Driver to join our growing team.

This is a diverse, hands-on position that plays a key role in supporting a variety of waste management and environmental services throughout the North Shore region.

• Commercial garbage collection
• Septic and non-hazardous wastewater pumping and hauling
• Roll-off bin delivery, pickup and servicing
• Portable toilet delivery, pickup and servicing
• Bulk water delivery
• Routine equipment inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs
• Daily reporting, record keeping, and customer interaction

• Valid DZ Driver’s Licence (AZ licence considered an asset)
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving and/or heavy equipment operating experience
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Mechanically inclined and committed to safe work practices
