Warehouse Manager

This is an on-site, full-time position in the manufacturing industry. The Warehouse Manager will design and implement warehouse strategies, oversee receipt, storage and dispatch of products, lead staff, maintain safety standards, review processes, manage risks, coordinate with other departments, and analyze KPIs.

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement warehouse strategies to ensure efficient warehouse and inventory operations.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, value‑adding servicing, and dispatch of a wide variety of products.
  • Manage and lead warehouse staff, setting daily performance goals, and ensuring their fulfillment.
  • Maintain stringent standards of safety and ensure compliance with company or legal regulations.
  • Review and update warehouse and material management processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Evaluate and manage risks associated with warehouse operations, implementing risk mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Regularly review and analyze key performance indicators and generate detailed reports for upper management.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in warehouse management, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing and improving warehouse operations.
  • Extensive knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in supply chain, logistics, and materials management.
  • Excellent skills in process improvement, safety management, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional problem‑solving abilities and a detail‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to make effective decisions in a fast‑paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field would be advantageous.
