Location:
La Grande, OR (Rural Eastern Oregon)
Compensation: $700K - $750K+ per year
We are seeking an innovative and energetic Physician who enjoys professional autonomy and working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals! You'll join a bread and butter practice with state-of-the-art equipment including microscopes, videostroboscopy, Olympus towers, distal chip fiber optic scopes, and in-office audiology at a growing Critical Access Hospital in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon. Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive head and neck physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions of the ears, nose, sinuses, and throat
- Perform surgical procedures including tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and thyroidectomies
- Utilize specialized equipment like endoscopes to visualize the nasal passages and larynx
- Manage hearing and balance disorders through medical intervention or surgical implants
- Treat cancers of the head and neck, including the salivary glands and vocal cords
- Collaborate with audiologists and speech-language pathologists for integrated patient care
- Maintain detailed EMR documentation for a diverse patient population in a rural setting
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
- Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program.
- Current, unencumbered Oregon medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
- Strong skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care in a community-oriented environment.
- Competitive base salary ($700K-$750k+)
- $50K commencement bonus
- $8,000 annual CME allowance, including licensing, dues, subscriptions, and paid CME time
