La Grande, OR (Rural Eastern Oregon)

Compensation: $700K - $750K+ per year

We are seeking an innovative and energetic physician who enjoys professional autonomy and working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals! You'll join a bread and butter practice with state-of-the-art equipment including microscopes, videostroboscopy, Olympus towers, distal chip fiber optic scopes, and in-office audiology at a growing critical access hospital in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive head and neck physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions of the ears, nose, sinuses, and throat
  • Perform surgical procedures including tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and thyroidectomies
  • Utilize specialized equipment like endoscopes to visualize the nasal passages and larynx
  • Manage hearing and balance disorders through medical intervention or surgical implants
  • Treat cancers of the head and neck, including the salivary glands and vocal cords
  • Collaborate with audiologists and speech-language pathologists for integrated patient care
  • Maintain detailed EMR documentation for a diverse patient population in a rural setting
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
  • Completion of an accredited otolaryngology residency program.
  • Current, unencumbered Oregon medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
  • Strong skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care in a community-oriented environment.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary ($700K-$750k+)
  • $50K commencement bonus
  • $8,000 annual CME allowance, including licensing, dues, subscriptions, and paid CME time
